 Shipping and handling

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. We ship products ordered from our site globally, please ensure you comply with all legal and international regulations before you place an order with us. We reserve the right to use any shipping couriers as needed. Actual delivery dates may vary. You agree that you will not obtain, or direct shipment of, a Product for export.

The goods (geodesic dome tent(s), dome tent accessories) will be delivered to the buyer's shipping address. The address must be accessible by commercial transport. In case the address is not accessible by commercial transport, the buyer must provide an alternative address or arrange pick up of the goods at a local warehouse at their own expense.

Ocean Cargo Insurance for orders shipped by ocean freight.

We use cargo insurance to protect the value of your goods from physical damage, theft, or general risks while the goods are in transit from the manufacturing facility to your location or a warehouse. Cargo insurance is always automatically included for all shipped goods. The insurance is always issued to the Buyer in the Buyer's name, and the Buyer is responsible for contacting the insurance provider in any insurance case to make a claim. The we will assist with all needed documentation to file a claim.


Please note that Glamping Dome Store will not be liable to you in any way or under any circumstances, if you fail to inspect the condition of the product delivered to you upon its delivery.

  • You are responsible for personally inspecting all Products you receive from us, for any external damage or any other issues upon delivery. You should always inspect your delivery external packaging to confirm that it arrives in an undamaged packaging and in good condition. Your signature on the proof of delivery (POD) document indicates that you have received the Product in an undamaged packaging and in apparent good condition.
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery and not available to inspect the Product and sign the POD, Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to cancel the delivery, return the Product to the warehouse and seek delivery at different time convenient to you. All additional charges related to such arrangement will be billed to you and payable before the second delivery attempt.
  • The delivered Products, including parts and accessories (“Delivered Products”) must be stored in a secure, weatherproof location.
  • You must inspect and conduct a proper and accurate inventory count against the Parts List within:
  1. ten (10) days, commencing upon the date of delivery, if the Delivered Products are  stored at a secure and weatherproof location;
  2. immediately, if the Delivered Products arrived in an opened or damaged crate or on pallets;
  3. immediately, if the Delivered Products are stored in an unsecured location or a location that is not weatherproof.

Parts List is found inside the packaging with your Product and also is sent to you by email. In the event you discover that a part or parts may be damaged, missing or incorrect, you must notify Glamping Dome Store by email immediately.  It is highly recommended that that you videotape the opening of the crate, the unloading and the counting of the inventory process.  Glamping Dome Store at its sole discretion will determine whether it will fix or replace the necessary parts.

Glamping Dome Store will not process any missing, damaged or wrong/incorrect part claims after you are in possession of the Product for over 10 calendar days.  You understand the importance of notifying us within this 10 day calendar period.
