Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift cards issued by Glamping Dome Store are governed by the following terms and conditions. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

Usage and Eligibility:

• Gift cards may be applied only to products sold directly by Glamping Dome Store, including geodesic dome tent kits, dome tent accessories, and other qualifying products listed on our website.

• Accessories purchased with a gift card must be compatible with Glamping Dome Store structures. We do not sell accessories for third-party dome brands, and compatibility with other manufacturers is not guaranteed.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for engineering stamps, permits, or any third-party services.

Expiration and Fees:

• No expiry date.
  Gift cards remain valid indefinitely.

• No service fees.
  No inactivity or maintenance fees apply.

Redemption Rules:

• One-time use.
  Each gift card can be redeemed once. Any unused balance is forfeited at the time of redemption.

• Applied before taxes.
  Gift card value is applied to the subtotal before taxes and shipping (if applicable).

• Cannot be used toward previous purchases.
  Gift cards must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added to completed orders.

• Orders exceeding the gift card value require payment of the remaining balance using an accepted method.

• Does not guarantee product availability.
  Using a gift card does not reserve inventory, production slots, or delivery timelines.

• Pricing subject to change.
  Gift card value applies to product prices at the time of checkout.

Purchase and Delivery:

• Electronic delivery only.
  All gift cards are delivered digitally by email and include a unique one-time-use code. No physical card will be mailed.

• Cannot be discounted.
  Gift cards may not be purchased using coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers.

• Not reloadable.
  Additional funds cannot be loaded onto an existing gift card.

Refunds and Transfers:

• Non-refundable.
  All gift card sales are final, including purchases made by mistake, accidentally, or without intended use. Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
• Not redeemable for cash.
  Gift cards cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, except where required by law.
• Non-transferable once redeemed.
  After use, the redemption is tied to the purchasing customer and cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be resold or used for unauthorized promotions.
  Resale or use for commercial promotions without authorization is prohibited.

Customer Responsibility:

• Treat as cash.
  Store your gift card securely. Lost, stolen, shared, or compromised codes will not be replaced.

• Gift cards cannot be used as a standalone purchase if the order does not meet minimum order value requirements for dome tent products.

Fraud Prevention:

Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to cancel, void, or decline any gift card in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized activity.
