When you choose to purchase our product, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRIVACY
Personal details: Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Glamping Dome Store.
SUBSCRIPTION
By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock, you are authorizing us to send you communications.
PRICING
All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD) and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of Canada, items will automatically deduct non-applicable taxes at checkout. Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products are checked for quality prior to shipping. Should any mechanical components be faulty, Glamping Dome Store will replace the goods. Since all domes and dome components are made to order, we don’t exchange or return if it is simply a change of mind, unmet expectations, production delays, customs delays, shipping delays.
Once payment is made, the order is final. Please make sure to do all your research before confirming any orders. For this reason, all sales are final upon payment. Please understand that there may be delays in the ordering and manufacturing process as these units are not mass produced and each item is carefully and thoughtfully constructed. Due to this, you may experience longer-than-expected production times.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Ocean Freight service for domestic and international orders.
The risk of loss from any casualty to the products, regardless of the cause, is on the Glamping Dome Store until the shipment has been delivered to the customer.
Once the proof of delivery document is signed or the shipment is unloaded at the customer's delivery address, it is the customer who has all the risk of loss from any casualty to the products, regardless of the cause.
Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once it has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Once your shipment successfully clears customs, it is loaded onto a commercial vehicle. At this stage, we will provide you with a tracking link and a tracking number for your cargo. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment, get in touch with the delivery company, and arrange a suitable delivery appointment.
In the event that we are unable to establish contact with you within three days before the scheduled final delivery (due to unanswered emails or phone calls), we retain the right to cancel the delivery and relocate your order to the nearest warehouse. In such a case, it becomes your responsibility to collect the cargo and cover any incurred warehouse fees, as well as any subsequent costs for transporting the cargo to your preferred location.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY CLARIFICATION
Our free shipping offer is applicable only to dome tent orders or dome tent orders combined with dome accessories, totaling over USD 5,080. If you purchased a dome tent from a different supplier and wish to order dome accessories from us, please note that additional charges may apply for shipping, handling, customs tariffs, and fees. Kindly contact us for a customized quote in such cases.
RETURNS
Since each unit is custom-ordered, we do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final. Please inspect all items. Any perceived damaged items observed on delivery must be brought to the attention of the Glamping Dome Store prior to attempted installation. The Glamping Dome Store must be notified of any damaged components prior to installation. Any installation attempted without notifying Glamping Dome Store is done at your own risk and will subsequently void all warranties, claims, and entitlements as this may cause further damage to the dome tent and its components. If installation is attempted, then Glamping Dome Store will not accept, and DOA claims, returns for any reason.

DEPOSITS
In some cases, we may agree to a 50% deposit to secure your order. All order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders, events, or people.
WARRANTY
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GLAMPING DOME STORE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE SUBJECT TO ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS MADE HERE UNDER OR BY ANY PURCHASER OR USER OF PRODUCTS.
The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Glamping Dome Store, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, and lawsuits, including costs and expenses in connection therewith, for death or injury to any person or loss of property whatsoever, caused in any manner by the Purchaser's possession, use, or operation of the Products.
The Glamping Dome Store will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for said defective dome tent unit at its expense.
Glamping Dome Store warrants its Products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date the product is delivered.
In case of a defect, Glamping Dome Store, at its sole discretion, will determine whether it shall repair or replace the Product or its parts.
DOME VINYL COVER
The Glamping Dome Store further warrants that the vinyl cover will not excessively degrade from environmental exposure under normal conditions for a period of eighteen (18) months, commencing upon the date of delivery.
For high UV exposure locations:
• Any locations with a UV index over 5 in May–August in the Northern Hemisphere and over 5 in December–February in the Southern Hemisphere
• High-altitude areas: any location over 8,000 feet above sea level
This eighteen (18) month warranty only applies if the following protection measures have been taken by the purchaser:
• Shading Military Camo Net over the dome structure, natural shading or other type of structural shading to protect a dome tent from harmful UV exposure;
• A UV-protective sail is used over the dome tent panoramic window to safeguard the clear vinyl from the harmful effects of UV rays (suitable for regions with moderate to high UV exposure);
• The air-conditioning unit needs to remain operational consistently as temperatures increase by 77 Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius);
• Use of approved treatments, UV protection, and cleaning solutions for opaque and clear vinyl. We recommend using our Dome Tent Care products.
The purchaser's failure to undertake these protective measures shall render this warranty null and void.
For extreme cold locations, please note: the cover is rated for -30 °C (-22 °F), but it becomes progressively fragile at below freezing temperatures. Any physical impact on the cover may cause damage. The damages are not covered under this warranty.
The customer must be able to prove that the cover was properly looked after by showing purchase receipts for the treatment and cleaning products and shading camo net.
The PVC cover has aged and degraded excessively if it exhibits loss of integrity or loss of strength to the extent that the product cannot be used under normal conditions.
This warranty does not cover any damages due to: modification or alteration of the Product; use not in accordance with Product manuals; neglect, misuse, accident, abuse, or vandalism; unauthorized or improperly performed repairs; improper assembly, installation, or disassembly; improper maintenance or unusual physical stress; improper storage; improper product installation; extreme weather conditions; acts of God; and wear and tear to vinyl that may occur during assembly or disassembly of the Product.
Storage Requirements: ensure that the dome tent elements are stored in a weatherproof environment, safeguarded against rodents. Prevent direct sunlight exposure and extreme temperatures, particularly for the transparent PVC film components (panoramic windows, skylight windows, and round no-open PVC windows). The storage conditions must maintain temperatures between 50 and 68 Fahrenheit (10 and 20 degrees Celsius), with relative humidity kept below 50%.
Storage Timeframe: If the outlined storage prerequisites are upheld, the recommended storage duration is a maximum of two months from the date of delivery.
DOME STEEL FRAME
The Glamping Dome Store further warrants that dome galvanized steel frame (pipes) will not excessively rust or corrode from environmental exposure under normal conditions for a period of twenty four (24) months.
For high humidity and marine locations:
• 10 mile zone of any ocean or sea shore line;
• boreal or tropical forest;
This 24-month warranty only applies if the following protection measures have been taken by the Purchaser:
• Use of a corrosion inhibitor on spots where minor rust is developing (SP-400 TM Corrosion Inhibitor or similar).
The customer must be able to prove the metal pipes were properly maintained by showing purchase receipts for rust-inhibiting products.
Purchaser’s failure to undertake these protective measures shall render this warranty null and void.
By submitting your customized dome plan to us and confirming that you have agreed to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge your awareness of the structural loads at the location where the dome structure will be installed. This acknowledgement also includes additional structural and product details relevant to the dome tent you are placing an order for.
Information about snow and wind loads and dome tent information can be found in each listing. It's important to note that in the event of any structural (frame) issues: A) if you fail to completely anchor your dome structure; B) if the structural loads in your area exceed our engineering calculations; or C) if you omit informing us about location-specific structural requirements, Glamping Dome Store will not address claims for damages or county permission-related issues. Additionally, please remember that obtaining the necessary permissions is a vital step that should be taken before proceeding with your order.
Dome deck guide and structural loads. Please note that only building a dome deck following our instructions will allow your dome tent structure to withstand wind loads indicated in our standard engineering report. These structural loads were calculated considering an engineered dome deck platform and a standard dome tent structure (pipe diameter, a single pre-measured door frame, etc.).
Modifications to the dome structure (all sizes). If you plan to add any modifications to our standard offer (for example, switch a single pre-measured frame to a double door frame, add any tunnels), we will not be able to confirm any wind or snow loads indicated on our website as the standard engineering report, which comes as complementary, only indicates structural loads for the standard offer. Any modifications should be revised and confirmed with our engineer via the ordered new engineering report, which can be found in the accessories section - services and fees page.
Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged and/or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized service people. Proper use is outlined in the owner’s manual provided with the Dome Tent
We expressly deny any power or authority on the part of any person to incur or assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of any dome tent or accessory item. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from: assembly, improper maintenance of the dome tent; disassembly and reassembly of the dome tent; repair or alteration of dome tents outside our factory in any way so as to affect its use and operation; misuse, negligence, or accident; or operation contrary to printed instructions. Products made by other manufacturers are covered under the warranties issued by those manufacturers.
COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER FOR DOME TENT ACCESSORIES
At Glamping Dome Store, we strive to provide high-quality dome tents and accessories. However, we cannot guarantee that our dome tent accessories will fit 100% of dome tent structures purchased from different suppliers.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Dome tent components, parts, and accessories may not be returned without prior authorization from the Glamping Dome Store.
Warranty claims should be made by directly notifying Glamping Dome Store in writing at the address below and/or by telephoning one of the numbers listed. Disclaimers: There are no other warranties expressed or implied unless stated herein.
