Return and Refund Policy
Glamping Dome Store (further refered as "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") manufactures and supplies custom-configured geodesic dome tent kits and related components produced specifically for each purchaser’s order. As such, these products do not constitute standard retail goods, and conventional retail return or refund policies are not applicable.
By submitting an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the products are custom-manufactured to order, and that once an order has been accepted and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the limited circumstances expressly provided in this Refund Policy.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing all product information, specifications, and applicable policies prior to confirming an order.
TERMS OF SERVICE
When you choose to purchase our product, you are subject to the following Terms of Service. We advise you to read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with them.
PRODUCT NATURE AND INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
Glamping Dome Store supplies geodesic dome tent kits and related components, which are modular fabric-based outdoor structures designed for recreational, hospitality, and glamping use.
Dome tents are not permanent weather-sealed buildings and require proper installation on a suitable platform. The platform must meet minimum requirements outlined in the Deck Biliding Guides provided by the Company.
Installation of dome kits and bulding the platfoms are the responsibilities of the purchaser or contractors hired by the purchaser. Glamping Dome Store provides assembly manuals and guidance for informational purposes only and does not supervise installation.
Performance of dome structures may vary depending on installation methods, anchoring, platform construction, and local environmental conditions such as wind, precipitation, humidity, and temperature.
PRIVACY
Personal details: Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Glamping Dome Store. We ecourage all web-site users to read full Privacy Policy before using the store.
SUBSCRIPTION
By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock, you are authorizing us to send you communications.
PRICING
All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD) and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of Canada, we will automatically deduct non-applicable taxes at checkout.
Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
RETURNS AND AVAILABLE REMEDIES
If a customer believes that a component supplied with their order is defective or incorrect, Glamping Dome Store will evaluate the matter and determine an appropriate remedy.
Available remedies may include:
• technical guidance or troubleshooting assistance
• repair recommendations
• replacement components
Because dome kits are custom-manufactured products, repair or replacement of components constitutes the primary and exclusive remedy for product-related concerns.
Since all domes and dome components are made to order, we do not exchange or accept returns due to:
• change of mind
• unmet expectations
• production delays
• customs delays
• shipping delays
Once payment is made, the order is final. Please make sure to do all your research before confirming any orders. For this reason, all sales are final upon payment.
LIMITED REFUND OPTIONS
Refunds may only be issued in the following limited circumstances:
• the shipment is confirmed lost in transit and cannot be recovered
• the product delivered is materially different from the product ordered (for example, an entirely different product type)
Outside of these circumstances, refunds are not available.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers must inspect all delivered items immediately upon receipt.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect components must be reported to Glamping Dome Store prior to installation. Attempting installation without first notifying Glamping Dome Store of observed damage or defects may void related claims or warranty coverage. Installation undertaken without prior notification of observed issues is performed at the purchaser’s own risk.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PERFORMANCE VARIABLES
Geodesic dome tents are fabric-based outdoor structures, and their performance may vary depending on environmental conditions and installation practices.
Performance may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
• wind exposure
• precipitation
• humidity and climate
• anchoring methods
• platform construction
• maintenance practices
• high UV radiation
Additional site-specific weatherproofing, anchoring, or protective measures may be required depending on the installation environment.
NON-MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS
The following circumstances are not considered manufacturing defects:
• installation methods or assembly practices
• site preparation or platform construction
• environmental exposure or weather conditions
• alterations or modifications performed after delivery
• improper storage or maintenance
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped via ocean freight services for both domestic and international deliveries.
Risk of loss remains with Glamping Dome Store until the shipment has been delivered to the customer and a proof of delivery document has been signed or the shipment has been unloaded at the delivery location.
Once delivery has occurred, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct shipping information is provided at the time of order.
DELIVERY COORDINATION
If the delivery carrier is unable to establish contact with the purchaser within three (3) days prior to the scheduled final delivery due to unanswered emails or phone calls, Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to cancel the scheduled delivery and relocate the shipment to the nearest warehouse.
Any resulting warehouse storage fees or additional transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping promotions apply only to orders meeting the criteria specified on the Glamping Dome Store website.
Regional exclusions and special delivery conditions may apply. Orders consisting solely of accessories or replacement components may be subject to standard shipping fees.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER
Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to update products or change manufacturers without notice. New accessories or upgrades may not be compatible with previous purchases. Please check compatibility before ordering.
We strive to provide high-quality dome tents and accessories. However, we cannot guarantee that our dome tent accessories will fit 100% of dome tent structures purchased from different suppliers.
DEPOSITS AND PRODUCTION RESERVATION
Glamping Dome Store requires a fifty percent (50%) deposit to secure production of a custom dome tent order.
Payment of the deposit reserves manufacturing capacity and initiates the custom design and production process. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be applied to other orders, projects, events, or individuals.
Once a dome plan form has been submitted and the purchaser has confirmed the associated 3D mock-up images or production drawings, the deposit is deemed earned and non-refundable, as the manufacturing process and associated engineering, design, and production preparations have commenced.
DELAYED BALANCE PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT
The purchaser is responsible for confirming the final production images and paying the remaining balance within the timeframe communicated by Glamping Dome Store prior to shipment.
If the purchaser delays confirmation of final production images or delays payment of the outstanding balance, Glamping Dome Store reserves the right to postpone shipment of the goods until full payment has been received.
During any such delay, Glamping Dome Store will take reasonable steps to safeguard the goods; however, all risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods shall remain solely with the purchaser during the period of delayed shipment.
STORAGE AT THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
If the purchaser requests or causes the goods to remain at the production facility due to delayed payment, delayed shipment instructions, or other purchaser-related reasons, the goods may remain at the production facility on a temporary basis.
The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the production facility is not intended or equipped for long-term commercial storage, and may not provide dedicated storage facilities, security personnel, or insurance coverage for goods retained beyond the normal shipment timeframe.
Accordingly, Glamping Dome Store shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods occurring during such storage period, regardless of cause.
Purchasers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the goods during any extended storage period.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION
All deposits become final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once the purchaser has:
• submitted the dome plan form; and
• confirmed the associated 3D mock-up images or production drawings.
At this stage, the order enters the production process and resources are committed to the manufacturing of the purchaser’s custom dome tent kit.
WARRANTY
Glamping Dome Store warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described below.
In the event of a verified defect, Glamping Dome Store may, at its sole discretion:
• repair the product
• replace the product or defective components
• supply replacement parts
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Glamping Dome Store, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for:
• consequential damages
• incidental damages
• indirect damages
• loss of business income or revenue
• project delays or construction costs
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glamping Dome Store from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the purchaser’s possession, installation, use, or operation of the products.
STRUCTURAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ENGINEERING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting a dome plan form and confirming an order, the purchaser acknowledges awareness of structural loads applicable at the installation site.
Engineering calculations provided by Glamping Dome Store apply only to the standard dome configuration described in each product listing.
Any modification or addition, including but not limited to:
• additional doors
• panoramic windows
• skylight windows
• stove jacks
• structural accessories
may affect calculated structural loads and overall performance.
Customers performing modifications assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with local building regulations.
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
To ensure structural safety and performance, replacement parts affecting the structure must be sourced directly through Glamping Dome Store.
Use of third-party or customer-supplied structural components voids:
• engineering reports
• structural load calculations
• warranties
• technical support
All liability associated with such modifications transfers to the purchaser.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Warranty claims must be submitted to Glamping Dome Store in writing prior to returning any product components.
