Anchor Peg Ground Stakes
Consult your dome Engineering Report (provided with every dome tent) for the appropriate type and size of securement hardware. In order to resist the calculated wind load, your dome must be properly fastened to the surface. Use only the original and rated hardware that is listed on the report. The hardware is not part of the dome package and must be purchased separately. Failure to use appropriate hardware may result in damage and injuries.
But should you need to anchor your dome temporarily and directly to the ground, you may use a set of ground stakes to help secure your dome. Please note that the stakes are a temporary solution that fits best for domes that must be moved frequently from one location to another (concerts, fairs, exhibitions, etc.) To comply with requirements in high-wind areas, consult with an engineer and install duckbill anchors or similar engineered securement ties in addition to the ground stakes.
